Also, did you know that Whole Foods has a Kids Club? It’s an awesome idea. Around the store, there are small signs that show you which products are free to your kids while shopping to make your trip easier. At my Whole Foods, some “freebies” are string cheese, cookies and bananas- you can choose one thing per child and then tell the person at check-out that it was for Kid’s Club and there is no charge.  Often, this policy means that my kids pick huge chocolate chip cookies as their snack and I end up eating some as well- see what I meant when I wrote what a great program it is?

I also like the fresh pizza dough and tomato sauce for when my kids have sleepovers here! The kids love to make it themselves. Buy their favorite toppings and it’s an event and dinner all in one 🙂

Thanks Suzanne, I just printed out your list and have it in my purse for my next WF trip. I love, love, love Stoneyfield’s “After Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt.” The fat content is far below ice cream and and it’s only 100 calories per serving (if you can manage to eat one serving that is). It is so smooth tasting and I think it tastes just like ice cream, but so-o-o much better for you. I can only find it at Whole Foods.

I agree with Nancy about the Stonyfield’s Frozen Yogurt. I love this frozen yogurt. It is so delicious. My favorite flavor is Fudge Swirl. The only downfall is that it is so hard to just have a little!
