Sombrero Soup

brown 2 lbs beef and 1/4 cup diced onion (separately)
then combine the beef and onions
add 1 can chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 14 1/2 oz can beef broth

bring to a boil and simmer uncovered

before serving add 1 can 16 oz. red kidney beans and a box of frozen corn

serve with tortilla chips, guac, cheese, etc…
