Hi friends!
Here are some of my most requested recipes– I am reposting them so you can have them in one spot.
I get asked for this Poppy Seed Cake recipe at least twice a month
Sue Jackson’s steak marinade– seriously, throw this in a ziplock with a flank steak and grill that night- easy!
Matt’s guacamole– this post is making me hungry!!
Amy’s cheeseball– no, Amy’s not a cheeseball! I could make this in my sleep by now
Fresh corn and avocado salsa– from PW of course!

The poppy seed cake was left on my doorstep as a “Welcome to the neighborhood” gift. I’ve never forgotten that kind gesture or this delicious cake. And….no matter what you say, I swear you’ve kept a secret ingredient to yourself because it never tastes as good as when you make it. Thanks for sharing!!
I make this cake so often for my “meals on wheels” and my family never tires of it. Definitely a keeper! Your “Must Bake” chocolate chip cookies were a hit too (or was that your sisters receipe?) I think I ate half the batch myself~insane tastey!
