fun giving part 4

More fun ideas for you all- 

My friend Amy in NC is giving her young son Magnatiles– we honestly have 6 or more sets of these!! And my friend Heather who is a teacher in Chicago has over 15 sets in her classroom. My kids have played with them for years. She also wrote- “Santa is bringing this teepee for the boys–playroom hideout in winter and backyard fort in summer. This one is large enough to hold both boys without crowding.  AS for gifting to others- Amy likes the Origins line– she chooses ginger but I love their grapefruit one too and this book- The Luminaries.  Plus she told me about Astronaut Ice Cream– not sure who she is giving this too- but I would want to try it!

My sister Holly sent me a link from Pleygo– have you heard of this? Like Netflix for lego sets?

My friend Jennifer in FC reminded me of the Pickle Ornament- good for hostess gift- here is the history of the ornament!

Some things on my list to give this year are Teen Beach Movie (my daughter knows all the words to this musical), Simon game (I played this ALL THE TIME growing up), CLUE, and the most recent Pioneer Woman cookbook.

For the locals of FC- Ashley is giving the gift of fun experiences – she is giving a river raft trip to her nephew and a fly fishing trip to her sister and brother-in-law when they come to visit- I love ideas like these!
