Hoping to hear from you all about favorite kid movies. Winter here means weekend drives to the mountains and I would like some suggestions of movies your kids like to watch so our road trips are a little bit easier. Some of our favorites are Up, Curious George, Jungle Book, Madagascar and Toy Story. Please leave a comment with any of your family favorites!! I am hoping to get a couple for stockings!

Cars and the very odd but sweet Totoro are Henry’s favorites. He also loves Veggie Tales movies. Oh, and at a friend’s recommendation we watched Wall-E and he really adored it.
Oh ya-Wall-E and Monsters vs. Aliens-def favorites!
Mary Poppins, Polar Express, 101 Dalmations, Cars, and Toy Story 2 are all favorites at our house!
We’re Shrek fans. Sofi also likes Night at the Museum (the first one), Robots (big hit from 2 to 4), Flushed Away, The Water Horse, and Over the Hedge. She also had a time where she was really into the Land Before Time series all about Dinosaurs.
Our new favorite is Monsters vs. Aliens. But, Meredith is absolutely hooked on the old school Wizard of Oz. She can’t get enough!
Star Wars series. My kids want to watch them over and over. Jake thinks he is a Jedi Knight.
